Refund Policy

1. Training Subscriptions
Training subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are available within 7 days of purchase if no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase.
2. Hosting Services
Dedicated server and hosting services are billed on a monthly basis. Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle. Refunds for hosting services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees are non-refundable.
3. AI/ML and Marketing Services
Project-based AI/ML and marketing services follow milestone-based billing. Refunds are applicable only for undelivered milestones. Once a deliverable has been accepted, it is considered non-refundable.
4. Corporate Training
Corporate training contracts include cancellation terms specified in the agreement. Standard corporate training cancellation requires 14 days notice prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through your dashboard or email us at support@imrtechnologies.in with your order details. Refund requests are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy abuse or where services have been substantially utilized. Special promotions or discounted offers may have different refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
