By accessing or using IMR Technologies ("IMRTech") services, including our website, training platform, hosting services, and AI solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
IMRTech provides datacenter hosting, SAP hosting, dedicated servers, AI/ML solutions, LegalTech platforms, marketing services, and professional training programs. Service availability and features may vary based on your subscription plan and entitlements.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Training Content
Training videos and materials are provided for personal educational use only. Redistribution, recording, or sharing of paid training content is strictly prohibited. Access to paid content is subject to your active subscription or entitlement.
5. Server Access
Server access provided as part of training bundles or hosting services is subject to fair usage policies. You agree not to use server resources for illegal activities, cryptocurrency mining, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
6. AI and LegalTech Disclaimer
AI tools and solutions are designed to assist and augment human decision-making. AI outputs should be reviewed and validated before making critical decisions. Legal services, where offered, are rendered independently by qualified advocates. IMRTech provides technology platforms and infrastructure only and does not practice law.
7. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.
8. Limitation of Liability
IMRTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access services will cease. Data retention after termination is subject to our data retention policy.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
